Registered Nurses (RN)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $42.00–$65.00, depending on experience, qualifications, and clinical specialty.

• Estimated annual base salary: $78,624–$121,680, based on a 36-hour workweek.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position: 36 hours per week.

• Three 12-hour shifts per week.

• Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

• Night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• Rotating weekend coverage, potentially every other weekend.

• Holiday rotation may be required.

• Shift assignments and schedules depend on departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care.

• Assess patients' clinical conditions and monitor vital signs.

• Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and prescribed treatments.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and medical emergencies.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR).

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

• Follow hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an appropriate nursing program.

• Active US Registered Nurse (RN) license required before beginning clinical practice.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; American Heart Association certification preferred.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required depending on the department.

• Previous hospital or acute care nursing experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States required.

Department placement will depend on qualifications, previous experience, and staffing needs.
